"A harmonious, pure white Floc!"

“The estate, which excels at everything it does, has earned two top-tier ‘ Favorites ’ awards—the only ones awarded that year within the appellation. The first goes to this little gem, refined by a long time in barrel that has altered neither its pale color nor its intense nose, rich with exotic fruits and white peach. The sugar blends beautifully into a full-bodied, caressing, honeyed palate, rounded out by the aging process, which reflects the purity of fruit detected on the nose. A model of harmony.” (Le Guide Hachette 2025) • Screw cap • Try it in a White Mule cocktail!

In the first year, the Armagnac grape varieties are harvested and distilled (white varieties only) in inert stainless-steel tanks for 12 months. In the second year, the white grape varieties (for white Floc; red for rosé Floc) are harvested and pressed, and the musts are poured into tanks until they are two-thirds full so that the remaining one-third can be added as Armagnac (this is called “mutage”). This blend is kept in tanks for a few months before being released on March 15 of the third year.
