Cheval Quancard, a winemaker and wine merchant, was founded over 160 years ago by Pierre Quancard. Still a family-owned business, Cheval Quancard continues to select the finest wines from the Bordeaux region on both the left and right banks. Drawing on its dual expertise as both a winegrower and a wine merchant, the company also owns 10 estates covering more than 200 hectares of vineyards, while simultaneously and on a daily basis forging close relationships with estates and châteaux that prioritize quality production, whose guiding principles are typicity, traditional winemaking, and cutting-edge oenological techniques. All this with a single goal: to offer a consistent range of Bordeaux wines and other appellations that meet expectations for diversity, quality, and authenticity.
