A beautiful rosé from a little-known appellation that produces extremely high-quality wines. The nose is refined and pleasantly expressive with notes of red fruit. The attack on the palate is clean, with character and a liveliness provided this year by lovely acidity. Then the fruit notes fill the mouth and give a beautiful, very pleasant finish. One of the best rosés from the southwest!

1*Star rating (Serious production)

About the estate:

The cooperative, which controls most of the Buzet appellation, covering approximately 1,950 hectares to date and planted with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon, Sémillon, etc., built up a solid reputation in the 1990s. With a few more difficult vintages, the quality had declined, before returning to a good level. The range of wines produced by this winery deserves attention; the wines are monitored at the plot level and assert their specific identities, without seeking to show off.
