About wine:

Loin de l'oeil (70%) and Muscadelle grapes are blended in this masterful Gaillac, with a beautiful golden color and intense, complex aromas of candied lemon, spices, honey, and white flowers. The palate is also very aromatic, combining intense concentration, great richness, impressive volume, and delicate freshness in perfect harmony.

About the estate:

Florentin and Andrée Vayssette, the grandparents, settled on the Chemin des Crêtes de Gaillac in 1930. Their son Jacques and Maryse took over the estate. Then their grandson Patrice and his wife Nathalie joined them to work the estate's 29 hectares of vineyards, which have been awarded the High Environmental Value label. A sure bet in the appellation.
