The 2007 Les 4 Réserve blend combines Gros Manseng, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Sémillon in a highly unlikely combination for which the estate has nonetheless found the perfect balance. After aging for 6 months in barrels, the grape varieties are blended and aged for 18 months in vats. The result is a nectar offering a multitude of mellow and complex notes, with depth and complexity… A masterclass in style right in the heart of the Côtes de Gascogne!
