I’ve been following this classic cuvée for a long time, and this year’s vintage is even more successful than in recent years; it has a rich aroma, plenty of freshness, and more length than the 2018 or 2017 vintages.

A typical aromatic wine from the southwest, with no acidity, that pairs well with all dishes except marinated meats

A wine to enjoy with shellfish. Very dry. Perhaps as a kir for an aperitif.
