Domaine du Boiron

TheDomaine du Boiron, located in the town of Astaffort in the Lot-et-Garonne department, is owned by Francis Cabrel and managed by his brother Philippe. The two men have successfully breathed new life into this historic estate while preserving the vineyard’s authenticity.

Domaine du Boironowns a vineyard of just over 9 hectares on clay-limestone soil, planted primarily with Merlot, Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. The utmost care is taken, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to produce distinctive wines of great authenticity. The vineyard is currently in the process of converting to organic farming, with some plots already certified.

Domaine de Boironoffers fourwines: three reds and one rosé. These full-bodied, well-crafted wines are enjoying growing popularity.
