Domaine du Boiron

TheDomaine du Boiron, located in the commune of Astaffort in Lot-et-Garonne, is owned by Francis Cabrel and managed by his brother Philippe. The two men have breathed new life into this historic estate while preserving the authenticity of the vineyard.

TheDomaine du Boironhas a vineyard covering just over 9 hectares, on clay-limestone soil, planted mainly with Merlot, Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. The utmost care is taken, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to produce distinguished wines of great authenticity. The vineyard is currently in the process of converting to organic farming, with some plots already certified.

Domaine de Boiron winescome in four varieties: three reds and one rosé. These are full-bodied, well-made wines that are enjoying growing success.
