Bettane & Desseauve

"Dark in color, with a deep, dense nose of black fruits, the palate is creamy, solidly supported by an imposing tannic structure. A serious wine! " (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2014). A red characterized by beautiful spicy notes on the nose and fullness on the palate, with a delicate mineral note, the signature of the terroir. Definitely worth discovering!

About wine:

Dark in color, with a deep, dense nose of black fruits, the palate is creamy, firmly supported by an imposing tannic structure. A serious wine!

About the estate:

The Boiron estate is just a stone's throw from the center of the village of Astaffort, the stronghold of the Cabrel family. Merlot, Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec grapes grow side by side on the clay-limestone soils of this 10-hectare property.
