“An incredible richness of aromas...”

““These ‘wild vines’—42-year-old Gros and Petit Manseng vines—have produced a lively white wine, with a nose blending vegetal notes and citrus zest. The same energetic sensation carries through to the palate, which is bright and light, supported by lovely acidity from start to finish. Perfect for pairing with seafood.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

Rated estate (2023 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About the wine:

These “wild vines”—42-year-old Gros and Petit Manseng vines—have produced a lively white wine with a nose that blends vegetal notes and citrus zest. The same energetic character carries through to the palate, which is bright and light, supported by a lovely acidity from start to finish. It’s the perfect match for seafood dishes.

About the estate:

Located in Monein, in the heart of the Jurançon appellation, this family-owned, certified organic estate has been passed down through the family since... 1676. It has been producing its own wines since Gisèle Bordenave, an oenologist, took over the estate in 1993.
