“A full-bodied wine highlighted by notes of ripe fruit. The balance is masterfully executed, with a pleasant citrus undertone on the finish.” (La Revue des Vins de France Special Vintage 2013 – June 2014) A crisp, dry white with beautiful aromatic precision and citrus notes... Delicious!

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2015 guide): 2 stars (A solid, recommendable wine, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous vintage)

About the estate:

The Fuchs family has been making wine in Ribeauvillé for four generations now, ever since Paul joined his parents, Cathy and Henry, in 2006. The estate has been certified organic since 2011, and the wines already express the purity and elegance of Ribeauvillé’s saline terroirs. The dry wines taste dry, and the late-harvest wines avoid the pitfall of excessive concentration in favor of balance, finesse, and harmony.
