"Please note: limited quantities available"

“Made from grapes grown in a vineyard in Chacayes in the Uco Valley, the 2016 BenMarco Malbec is floral, spicy, aromatic, vibrant, and expressive, with great freshness and plenty of aromatic herbs, black pepper, and flowers. A beautiful balance between good ripeness and freshness, with very fine tannins. It is a light-bodied vintage (the lightest!) with moderate alcohol but good concentration.” (Wine Advocate 2018 - Luis Gutiérrez)

About the wine:

Made from grapes grown in a vineyard in Chacayes in the Uco Valley, the 2016 BenMarco Malbec is floral, spicy, aromatic, vibrant, and expressive, with great freshness and plenty of aromatic herbs, black pepper, and floral notes. A beautiful balance between good ripeness and freshness, with very fine tannins. It is a short vintage (the shortest!) with moderate alcohol but good concentration. 200,000 bottles produced. In recent years, the grapes have also come from Altamira.

About the wine:

The aromas of sour cherry are present, but the bouquet is certainly more complex, with notes of bark, asphalt, and blackcurrant liqueur. Full-bodied, with a subtle acidity, it’s round with a nice tannic structure and a satisfying mouthfeel on the finish. Best enjoyed now.
