About wine:

Pale gold with green highlights. Very clean, refreshing, and somewhat mineral on the nose. Super juicy and succulent. Powerful acidity and much more than just a hint of lemon juice. Very racy on the finish. Very young but full of aromas despite its low alcohol content. It should develop even more structure with time.
