“A true tribute to the finest Spiegel, Stein, Rosenberg, and Kirchthal terroirs: elegance, OTT-style!”

"Pale yellow with green and silvery highlights. On the nose, floral notes, aromas of white tropical fruits, hints of mango and tobacco, against a backdrop of orange zest. On the palate, it is textured and elegant, with notes of white stone fruits, a silky and refined texture, a lovely acidic structure, and a subtle fruity expression on the finish, enhanced by a touch of wildflower honey.” (Falstaff 2025) - screw cap

Jancis Robinson

Jancis Robinson

Wine rated (2025 guide) 17+/20

About the wine:

The nose is still developing. The palate is intensely rich and surprisingly persistent. Full-bodied enough to pair with a wide range of savory dishes. Beautiful structure. It opens up on the finish, somewhat like a relatively rich white Burgundy. But it likely has more liveliness on the finish than many white Burgundies. 2025–2039
