“This wine is exceptional. Is it really under 20 euros? It smells like opening an old-fashioned school supply kit… the scent of graphite and wood shavings, pencil erasers, cracked marbles, and cold little fingers. It’s delicate, but not overly so. Wild red berries. Freshness, soothing the throat. The tannins glide, slender and taut, through the fruit’s brilliance, like mycorrhizal roots weaving silent networks of filaments from the red sky to the dark earth.
