Maxime Troncy, a young winemaker, established his vineyard in 2013. He produces, among other wines, Moulin-à-Vent, Chénas, and several vintages of red Beaujolais. He began the transition to organic farming on his 10 hectares in 2019.

A lovely, unprocessed Gamay—a bit high in alcohol today, but definitely a winemaker to watch.
