Maxime Troncy, a young winemaker, established his vineyard in 2013. He produces Moulin-à-Vent, Chénas, and several vintages of red Beaujolais. In 2019, he began the transition to organic farming on his 10 hectares.

A lovely natural Gamay—a bit high in alcohol today, but definitely a winemaker to watch.
