Wine making

Sorting of the harvest with selection of the best grapes. Total destemming and crushing. Pre-fermentation maceration at 20°C. Alcoholic fermentation at 25-28°C with pumping over, pneumatic pressing and malolactic fermentation at 22°C.

A wine with a ripe, aromatic nose (red fruit). Round, rich, and supple on the palate, yet with a lovely acidity that gives it good length. A pleasant wine offering excellent value for money.
