"Numbered vintage, produced only in certain years"

"Hand-picked grapes, whole-cluster vinification, and 18 months of barrel aging—everything has been carefully considered to create a complex and fragrant wine. On the nose, black fruits mingle with spices. Aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) that also evolve on the palate, which is refined and chiseled, with elegant tannins that extend the finish. A cuvée that is both distinguished and full of potential. " (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2021)

About wine:

Hand-picked grapes, whole-bunch vinification, and 18 months of barrel aging—everything has been carefully considered to create a complex and fragrant wine. On the nose, black fruits mingle with spices. Aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) that also evolve on the palate, which is refined and chiseled, with elegant tannins that extend the finish. A cuvée that is both distinguished and full of potential.

About the estate:

Winemakers for six generations, the Bourceau family has been represented by Wilfried since 2017. This young winemaker, sensitive to environmental issues, decided a year later to convert the entire estate to organic farming.
