"A numbered cuvée, produced only in certain vintages"

“Hand-harvested grapes, whole-cluster vinification, and 18 months of barrel aging—every detail has been carefully considered to craft a complex and aromatic wine. On the nose, black fruits mingle with spices. These aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) also unfold on a refined, well-defined palate, with elegant tannins that extend the finish beautifully. A cuvée that certainly lacks neither distinction nor potential.” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2021)

About the wine:

Hand-harvested grapes, whole-cluster vinification, and 18 months of barrel aging—every detail has been carefully considered to craft a complex and aromatic wine. On the nose, black fruit blends with spices. These aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) also unfold on a refined, well-defined palate, with elegant tannins that extend the finish beautifully. This is indeed a wine that lacks neither distinction nor potential.

About the estate:

The Bourceau family has been in the wine business for six generations and has been represented by Wilfried since 2017. This young winemaker, who is committed to environmental issues, decided a year later to convert the entire estate to organic farming.
