“A ruby-purple color. A pure, fragrant nose offering ripe black berries, blackcurrant, and violet, with subtle oak undertones. The palate is young, full-bodied, and fresh, with smooth but youthful tannins, floral notes, black fruit, a hint of spice, and a long, lingering finish. Still young but with great potential.” (Andreas Larsson - 2019) An unparalleled classic recommended by Andreas Larsson, the 2007 World’s Best Sommelier!

I'm disappointed with these bottles; maybe we should wait a little while.

After two consecutive shipments—presumably of two different vintages—this wine was either not aged properly or suffered some mishaps and is now only good for making vinegar.

A bottle with a vinegary taste out of 12. Too bad. The oak is a little too subtle for my taste. Rates 3.5/5

A slight astringency on the finish. Pleasant, wood-derived tannins. Let it age or decant. 13-14/20.

Horrible, harsh, flavorless—a low-end supermarket wine
