Château d'Haurets

Château d'Haurets is owned by the Ducourt vineyards. An ambitious and courageous winemaker, Henri Ducourt, with the help of his three children (Bernard, Marie-Christine, and Philippe), revitalized the business to make it one of the largest wine-producing estates in the Bordeaux region (440 hectares, 12 châteaux).

Château d'Haurets, a magnificent 18th-century charterhouse, is Henri Ducourt’s current residence. Through years of experience, the Ducourt philosophy has always been dedicated to enhancing the expression of the terroir, achieved through the implementation of increasingly innovative techniques focused on quality. In the tradition of the great wines of Bordeaux, all of the estates, including Château d'Haurets, have been committed to quality since 1996. They are certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, a corporate management standard guaranteeing the quality of their expertise.

In the interest of transparency, all estates have been certified under the Sustainable Agriculture standard since 2004 (vineyard management that respects the environment and human safety).
