The Juliette cuvée is a high-end selection produced at Château Haut Riot. This rosé comes from a 3-hectare plot dedicated solely to rosé production. After a short maceration of around 3 hours, the grapes are pressed directly. This technique, which is quite rare in Bordeaux for rosés, produces a beautiful, fruity rosé with a lovely texture and a color worthy of a Provence rosé!
