The Juliette cuvée is a premium selection produced at Château Haut Riot. This rosé comes from a 3-hectare plot dedicated exclusively to rosé production. After a short maceration of about 3 hours, the grapes are pressed directly. This technique, which is quite rare in Bordeaux for rosés, results in a beautiful, fruit-forward rosé with a lovely body and a color worthy of a Provence rosé!
