Cold pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum fruit and fleshiness, resulting in a round, silky wine. Tannins were extracted in moderation so as not to make the wine too harsh. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was filtered to limit any microbiological risk.

About the estate:

A wine merchant founded in 1883, which has remained family-owned and is now run by the five Sichel brothers. The first house (1967) created its own winemaking cellar, based on the principle of New World wineries. It also owns several Bordeaux wines: Palmer, with other merchants, Angludet, Argadens, and Trillol, in the Corbières region.
