Aromas of ripe black fruits blend with toasty notes in this cuvée, which is aged in a combination of tanks and barrels. These same aromas are present on the palate, with lovely intensity. Although the oak still needs to integrate, the tannins—though still young—remain velvety and give the wine excellent structure. Drink now or age for three to four years before serving with roasted meat. A must-try!
