Château Lagrange Monbadon

Château Lagrange Monbadon is located in the town of Monbadon-Puisseguin, about 40 kilometers from Bordeaux, nestled at the foot of the feudal castle of Monbadon,

Adjacent to the village church built in the 11th century, Château Lagrange Monbadon’s 30-hectare vineyard sits on clay-limestone soil that in many places rests on a rocky subsoil, giving the wine produced there vitality, color, and suppleness.

Viticulture here is carefully managed, particularly with regard to yields, and benefits from the most natural care possible. Château Lagrange Monbadon has been in the process of converting to organic farming since September 2009.
