"A burst of fruit!"
“Supple, fresh, and built on perfectly ripe fruit, this Côtes-de-Bourg is already quite delicious while showing great promise for the future. We love its silky texture, juicy fruit, fullness, roundness, and, above all, its excellent balance. This lovely wine offers great value for money and pairs beautifully with roasted poultry. ” (Hachette Wine Guide - 2024 Edition) - Château Puy d’Amour is the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meat, meat in sauce, or fine cheeses. An ideal red wine full of charm!

About the wine:
Supple and fresh, built on perfectly ripe fruit, this Côtes-de-Bourg is already very enjoyable while showing great promise for the future. We love its silky texture, juicy fruit, volume, roundness, and, more broadly, its excellent balance. A great value for this lovely wine, which pairs beautifully with roasted poultry. 2025–2033

About the wine:
This ripe wine, with its smooth texture, is still young. Fruity notes, such as blackberry, are very prominent, giving the wine richness and layers of acidity. It is developing well but needs time. Best enjoyed starting in 2026.

A hint of sulfur but plenty of alcohol for a wine that lacks finesse

It's very straightforward, but lacks character. It makes an excellent organic Bordeaux (and there aren't too many of those around yet.)
