Vincent Mulliez, who passed away in May 2010, was unfortunately unable to witness this fine harvest. His wife Isabelle and their children are now carrying on his legacy, with the same high standards—as evidenced by this remarkable 2010 vintage. With a deep, dense, and intense garnet color, the wine reveals a rich bouquet of dark fruits (blueberries), vanilla, and toasty notes, followed by a full-bodied, rich palate supported by tannins as smooth as silk. While already delicious, it deserves three to five years of aging to be enjoyed at its best.
