Château Lascombes
Château Lascombes is an 84-hectare estate located in the Margaux appellation near Bordeaux. Château Lascombes is classified as a Second Growth in the Margaux AOC under the official 1855 Bordeaux wine classification. In 1952, Alexis Lichine purchased Château Lascombes to breathe new life into it. Today, Château Lascombes is owned by the Colony Capital group, which enables the estate to cultivate its terroir and produce its wine using state-of-the-art equipment.

The Château Lascombes vineyard benefits from a wide variety of terroirs, and the practice of vinifying each plot separately allows for blends that result in a rich and complex Margaux AOC wine. Château Lascombes is a wine with great aging potential—concentrated, powerful, and tannic—yet possessing the elegance and finesse of the great Margaux wines. The estate also produces a second wine called Chevalier de Lascombes. Selected from plots other than those intended for the grand vin, it offers undeniable charm and combines concentration, power, and elegance.
