"With this vintage, the Pauillac cooperative winery offers a blend of three-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Harmonious on the palate, with depth and length as well as balanced oak, it will be interesting to let it age a little." (Le Guide des bonnes affaires du vin 2016 - Gerbelle & Maurange)

About wine:
A full-bodied, fairly powerful wine with good volume and a still austere finish, which should age well in the cellar.
About the estate:
La Rose Pauillac is a small cooperative founded in 1933 by around thirty owners. It offers four vintages, spearheaded by Château Haut de la Bécade, the personal estate of Sylvie Rainaud, president of the winery: 7 hectares surrounded by classified growths in the hamlet of Bages, in the south of the appellation.
