"With this cuvée, the Pauillac wine cooperative offers a blend of one-third Cabernet Sauvignon, one-third Cabernet Franc, and one-third Petit Verdot. Harmonious on the palate, with depth and length as well as balanced oak, it will be worth letting it age a bit." (Le Guide des bonnes affaires du vin 2016 - Gerbelle & Maurange)

About the wine:
A full-bodied, fairly powerful wine with good body and a finish that is still a bit austere, which should age well in the cellar.
About the estate:
La Rose Pauillac is a small cooperative founded in 1933 by some thirty winegrowers. It offers four wines, led by Château Haut de la Bécade, the personal estate of Sylvie Rainaud, the cooperative’s president: 7 hectares surrounded by classified growths in the hamlet of Bages, in the southern part of the appellation.
