A historic estate in Pessac-Léognan that had fallen into disuse following successive wars, Château Espiot was revitalized in 2004 with a change in name and ownership. Formerly known as Château Ladoar, the Espiot family—owners of estates in the Blaye region—undertook a major renovation there.
