Fleur Cardinale Castle
Over the years, Château Fleur Cardinale has become one of the jewels of the Saint-Émilion appellation. Dominique and Florence Decoster entered the wine industry in 2001, after having managed the Haviland factory, which specializes in Limoges porcelain. Thanks to their hard work and passion, Château Fleur Cardinale was promoted to Grand Cru Classé status in 2006 and has frequently been recognized for its quality. Continuously improving, the wines reflect their terroir and their owners, embodying both generosity and elegance.

In 2011, they acquired Château Croix Cardinale, a neighboring estate with 8 hectares of vineyards. The Decoster family is constantly innovating, both in its vision—with an eco-responsible approach—and in its communication. In 2018, it was ranked among the 10 most influential French estates online thanks to content that is engaging, offbeat, educational, yet always authentic.
