Dominique and Florence Decoster entered the wine industry in 2001, after running the Haviland factory, which specializes in Limoges porcelain. Thanks to their hard work and passion, Château Fleur Cardinale was promoted to Grand Cru Classé status in 2006 and is frequently recognized for its quality. In 2011, they acquired Château Croix Cardinale, a neighboring property with 8 hectares of vines.
