Château Franc Mayne

Château Franc Mayne boasts 7 hectares of vineyards planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The plots are located in three geographical areas: plateau, hillside, and foothills of the Saint-Émilion AOC. The estate, which has been owned by the Savare family since 2018, has been classified as a "Grand Cru" since the classification was first established in 1959. After extensive renovations (new plot-specific vats, wood and stainless steel, and a new wine cellar), the owners have developed a wine tourism business with five guest rooms. Another major development is that Château Franc Mayne has been converting to organic farming since 2019.
