"Structured and dense with tannins still prominent, this wine nevertheless displays a beautiful intensity of body on the palate. Its finish is full and spicy, accompanied by a beautiful length on the finish. A very stylish Saint-Émilion Grand Cru that deserves to age a little longer. Organically grown." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2015 - RVF)

Given the vintage and appellation, I was expecting something different.

The attack is lively with red fruit flavors, and the mid-palate is dense with velvety tannins. Beautiful length as well! Can age without issue for at least another two years!
