“In a structured, dense style with tannins that are still prominent, this wine nonetheless displays a lovely intensity of body on the palate. Its full, spicy finish is accompanied by a lovely persistence. A very stylish Saint-Émilion Grand Cru that deserves to age a little longer. Organically farmed. ” (The Guide to the Best Wines of France 2015 - RVF)

Given the vintage and the appellation, I was expecting something different...

The attack is lively on red fruits, and the mid-palate is dense with velvety tannins. It also has great length! It can age without any problem for at least another two years!
