Château Haut-Brisson
Château Haut-Brisson is owned by Hong Kong banker Peter Kwok, who acquired it in 1997 in partnership with his daughter Elaine. It is located in the southern part of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation, spanning the three communes of Saint-Émilion, Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens, and Vignonet.

The plots of Château Haut-Brisson are situated on ridges of gravelly sand and gravel, with a subsoil of iron-rich clay in some areas. The estate originally covered 8 hectares but has gradually expanded through the purchase of plots with high quality potential, and now spans 16 hectares. The vineyards of Château Haut-Brisson are cultivated using certified organic farming methods. After hand-harvesting, vinification is carefully carried out in barrels (since 2012), as is the aging process.

Château Haut-Brisson produces three wines: La Réserve, Château Haut-Brisson, and La Grave. Each cuvée has its own distinct character, thanks to precise plot selection. There is a Château Haut-Brisson wine for every occasion.
