Haut-Brisson Castle
Château Haut-Brisson is owned by Hong Kong banker Peter Kwok, who acquired it in 1997 in partnership with his daughter Elaine. It is located south of the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation, in the three communes of Saint-Émilion, Saint-Sulpice de Faleyrens, and Vignonet.

The plots of Château Haut-Brisson are located on gravelly sandy hilltops with a subsoil of iron crass. The property initially covered 8 hectares but has gradually expanded through the purchase of plots with high quality potential, and now covers 16 hectares. The Château Haut-Brisson vineyard is cultivated using certified organic farming methods. After manual harvesting, the wines are carefully vinified in barrels (since 2012), as is the aging process.

Château Haut-Brisson produces three wines: La Réserve, Château Haut-Brisson, and La Grave. Each cuvée has its own character, thanks to careful selection of specific plots. There is a Château Haut-Brisson wine for every occasion.
