Château La Dominique
Château La Dominique was once owned by a wealthy merchant who made his fortune in the Caribbean and purchased this château in Saint-Émilion at the end of the 18th century, naming it in memory of that prosperous period of his life. Château La Dominique appears in the earliest editions of “Bordeaux et ses vins” published by Éditions Féret. M. Clément. Fayat purchased the property in 1969. He undertook major work in the vineyards and cellars, restoring it to the place of honor it holds today.

Remarkably well situated, with its plots adjoining those of Cheval Blanc and L'Evangile, Château La Dominique is managed by Gwendeline Lucas and Yann Monties. This effective duo, thanks to the modernization of the production facilities, has successfully elevated the estate to the ranks of the finest Saint-Émilion Grand Cru wines.
