Château La Dominique
Château La Dominique was the property of a wealthy merchant who made his fortune on the Caribbean island and acquired this Saint-Emilion château at the end of the 18th century, naming it in memory of this prosperous period in his life. Château La Dominique appears in the very first editions of Ed. Féret's "Bordeaux et ses vins". Mr. Clément. Fayat bought the property in 1969. He undertook extensive work in the vineyards and cellars, restoring the estate to the place of honor it occupies today.

Remarkably well-situated, its parcels adjoining those of Cheval Blanc and Evangile, Château La Dominique is managed by Gwendeline Lucas and Yann Monties. An efficient tandem which, thanks to the modernization of its production facilities, has succeeded in raising the estate to the ranks of the finest Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines.
