It reveals notes of raspberry and, more subtly, fleshy cherry, combined with hints of small berries, mild spices, a very subtle hint of pepper and nutmeg, and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, with a crisp acidity, precision, and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy, fresh raspberry, juicy, fresh strawberry, and, more subtly, violet, combined with delicate hints of juicy blackcurrant, as well as hints of nutmeg, sweet spices, and a very subtle hint of coffee and chocolate (in the background). Good length.
