Moulin de la Rose Castle
Château Moulin de la Rose is an estate located in the town of Saint-Julien Beychevelles, in the Bordeaux region. It has been owned by the Delon family since 1971. With 4.8 hectares of vineyards, Château Moulin de la Rose is a small estate in terms of size, but that does not prevent it from producing a very high-quality red wine within the Saint-Julien appellation.

The vineyards of Château Moulin de la Rose, interspersed among those of the appellation’s greatest wines, are planted on Garonne gravel soil. The grape varieties consist of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot, resulting in a tannic wine that nevertheless retains great finesse. At Château Moulin de la Rose, the utmost care is taken with the vines, and the grapes are harvested by hand. The result is an impeccable wine that perfectly embodies the qualities of the Saint-Julien terroir and is sure to delight enthusiasts of this appellation.
