“Moulin de la Rose is owned by Guy Delon and his children. He describes himself as a Lilliputian among the giants of the Médoc; it’s true that the vineyard covers little more than 5 hectares. Ridiculously small, isn’t it? Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme here; when harvested at full ripeness, it imparts body, power, and a certain finesse to the wine. All vintages are generally successful, characterized by power and body, yet often retaining a beautifully elegant structure.”
