Moulin de la Rose belongs to Guy Delon and his children. He describes himself as a Lilliputian among the giants of the Médoc; it is true that the vineyard covers little more than 5 hectares. Ridiculous, isn't it? Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme here; when harvested at maturity, it brings body, power, and a certain finesse to the wine. All vintages are generally successful, offering power and body while often preserving a beautiful, elegant structure."
