About the wine:
A lovely nose of fresh pineapple—it’s crisp and pure, with a fine quality of wine and fruit that’s exceptionally precise. While Barsac’s elegance is never in short supply, this vintage is quite supple—more refined than full-bodied, more restrained than voluminous on the palate. At this stage, it does not fully convey the energy of Barsac’s limestone.
