Burgundy Les Châtaigniers has a beautiful pale yellow color with green highlights. The nose is expressive, open and subtle, with beautiful aromas of fresh fruit and citrus. A smooth and fresh wine on the palate, remarkably balanced, with a delightfully mineral finish. A Burgundy just the way we like it!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Rated estate (2013 guide) 2 stars (These very large estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the estate:

Olivier Lamy has been a master of his craft for several years now, producing wines of exemplary integrity. As an ambassador for Saint-Aubin wines, he has helped to develop the reputation of this appellation, which is still too little known. His range of terroirs and his talent for expressing all their nuances make it clear how any wine lover can find magnificent wines at very reasonable prices in this village. Unfortunately, the volumes available at the estate are very limited."
