The Les Châtaigniers Burgundy boasts a beautiful pale yellow color with green highlights. The nose is expressive, open, and subtle, with lovely aromas of fresh fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is smooth and fresh, remarkably well-balanced, and features a perfectly mineral finish. A Burgundy just the way we like it!

Rated estate (2013 guide) 2* Stars (These exceptional estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves that, thanks to the consistency and excellence of their wines, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers)

About the estate:

“Olivier Lamy has been a master of his craft for several years now, crafting wines of exemplary integrity. As an ambassador for Saint-Aubin wines, he has helped build the reputation of this appellation, which remains far too little known. His range of terroirs and his talent for bringing out all their nuances make it clear just how many magnificent wines—at very reasonable prices—any wine lover can find in this village. Unfortunately, the quantities available from the estate are very limited.”
