Marie Bouthenet Estate
Jean-François Bouthenet, a passionate winemaker, created the estate in 1987. His daughter Marie took over after his retirement, renaming it Domaine Marie Bouthenet in 2024.

The 11.5 hectares of Domaine Marie Bouthenet are cultivated using sustainable methods and are spread across the communes of Santenay, Cheilly-les-Maranges, and Dezize-les-Maranges.

The vines at Domaine Marie Bouthenet are 45 years old on average and are harvested manually, followed by traditional vinification, with malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for most of the wines in the range.
