Château de Fleys
The Philippon family runs the Domaine du Château de Fleys, a 27-hectare vineyard located within the Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu, and Chablis 1er Cru Fourneaux appellations.
Until 2006, Château de Fleys wines were vinified at the château because the majority of the harvest was sold. Today, Château de Fleys produces approximately 30,000 bottles under its own label and has a new winemaking facility.
