La Manufacture is divided into three distinct tiers representing the appellation’s terroirs: Dentelle (for Bourgogne and Petit Chablis), Cousu Main (which includes the organic Chablis and the 1er Cru presented here, as well as other 1er Crus), and Haute Couture (for the Grands Crus).
