La Manufacture

Rigor and precision define the expertise of the winemakers at La Manufacture, a collective of Chablis enthusiasts. Benjamin Laroche sources “ Gems ” from these winemakers, which he then distributes under the La Manufacture brand—a name synonymous with excellence.

La Manufacture offers three distinct tiers representing the appellation’s terroirs: Dentelle (for Bourgogne and Petit Chablis), Cousu Main (which includes the organic Chablis and the 1er Cru featured here, as well as other 1er Crus), and Haute Couture (for the Grands Crus).
