About the estate:
Henri Michaut planted the first vines in 1947 and was a long-time member of the La Chablisienne cooperative. Very disappointed—as someone who’s used to Chablis, I don’t recognize anything about this wine; it’s overly tart, and you can’t even tell what grape variety it is. I wouldn’t recommend it.
