About the domain :
Henri Michaut planted the first vines in 1947 and was for many years a cooperator at La Chablisienne. Following in his footsteps, his family successfully embarked on winemaking; today managed by Adrien Michaut, the estate (HVE certified) covers more than 53 ha and has established itself as a sure bet in the Chablis region.

An easy-drinking Chablis, it's a pleasure to drink with its white fruit and hazelnut aromas. I'm very, very sensitive to sulfites, and this one left me with no side effects whatsoever. It should certainly be drunk without ageing...
