About the estate:

This easy-drinking Chablis is a delight to drink, with its aromas of white fruit and hazelnut. And I can guarantee that it’s low in sulfites—I’m very, very sensitive to them, and this one didn’t cause me any side effects. You’ll definitely want to drink it young, without letting it age...
