Domaine Lamy-Pillot
In 1973, René and Thérèse Lamy settled in the hamlet of Morgeot in Chassagne-Montrachet. They manage the vineyards and the winery entirely on their own.
Every stage of the winemaking process is overseen by the winery. This ensures careful management of the various factors that directly or indirectly influence the quality of the wines from Domaine Lamy-Pillot.
Today, Domaine Lamy-Pillot spans 15 hectares of vineyards, spread across the communes of Chassagne-Montrachet,
Saint-Aubin, Santenay, Meursault, and Beaune. The estate’s staff has consequently grown. Florence (the youngest daughter of René and Thérèse) and her husband Sébastien joined Domaine Lamy-Pillot in 1998 to manage the vineyards. In 2004, Karine (Florence’s older sister) and her husband Daniel joined the family business to oversee the marketing of Domaine Lamy-Pillot’s wines.
