Roger Belland - Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot Clos Pitois Monopole blanc 2024
91/100
Inside Burgundy - Jasper Morris
“A well-kept treasure blending the flavors of brioche, lemon zest, and freesia blossoms—absolutely sublime!”
“A blend of vines aged 25 and 50 years, with a new planting currently underway. A light, pale color. A lovely mineral tension. Clos Pitois initially reveals a beautiful, classic mineral structure, followed by a slightly more pronounced oaky influence, which it handles well. The grapes are riper, yet retain their cohesion. Best enjoyed between 2027 and 2030.” (Inside Burgundy - Jasper Morris 2025)
