"Another accolade for Bailly Lapierre, which continues to aim higher and higher, offering us an absolutely delicious rosé crémant to ring out the year!"

“A new addition to the impressive track record of this leading winery, this Crémant is produced in significant quantities—proof that excellence and consistency can go hand in hand. Beneath a pale pink, crystal-clear, and brilliant hue, generous effervescence fills the glass with abundant fine bubbles. The elegant and expressive nose blends raspberry and red currant with great freshness. Lively on the palate, it combines richness, balance, and a long finish in a particularly seductive profile. Already perfectly developed, this Crémant is as charming as it is accomplished. 2026–2030” (Guide Hachette 2027)

Wine rated (2022 guide) 92/100

About the wine:

This lively, sparkling rosé is aged in cellars located 50 meters underground, in the heart of the region’s limestone quarries. Made from organically grown grapes, it’s the epitome of effortless enjoyment. Its delicate bouquet and full-bodied, juicy palate reveal aromas of ripe, sweet red berries, enhanced by a subtle hint of peony. Here, there’s no brioche or cream: the fruit takes center stage—and in abundance! With a dosage of 15 g/L, it pairs perfectly with red fruit desserts, such as a summer pudding or a simple strawberry tart.
